• "Product" refers to NamoLock's physical hardware, including RFID door locks and associated equipment.
• "Software" refers to our management platform, mobile applications, and related software solutions.
• "Customer" refers to the entity that has purchased or licensed our products and services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

License and Use Rights

Software License

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, NamoLock grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use our software on authorized devices
• Access and use our cloud-based management platform
• Use our mobile applications on compatible devices

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile our software or hardware
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations

Product Installation and Use

For proper installation and use of NamoLock products:

• Products must be installed by qualified professionals or in accordance with installation guides
• Users must follow all safety guidelines and local building codes
• Products should only be used for their intended purpose
• Regular maintenance should be performed as recommended
• Battery-powered devices must use approved battery types

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service
• Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
• Suspend service for emergency maintenance or security purposes
• Update software and firmware to improve functionality and security

Fees and Payment

Payment Terms

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including software code, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and patents, are owned by NamoLock or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NamoLock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access, data loss, or service interruptions
• We are not responsible for physical damage or injury resulting from product malfunction or misuse

Warranty Disclaimer

Except as specified in our Warranty Policy:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NamoLock, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your negligence.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay required fees, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Banswara, Rajasthan.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website, updating the "Last updated" date, and sending email notification for significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability
